GUEST SUITE + GARAGE/SHOP ADDITION — HVAC Mechanical Design with ACCA Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D Reports.
We collaborated with the mechanical contractor on this 588-square-foot guest suite and 1,026-square-foot garage/shop addition in northwest Tucson. We specified a Rheem ducted heat pump for the guest suite and a Gree 2-zone ductless mini-split heat pump system for the garage/shop.
