BATH/CLOSET ADDITION — HVAC Mechanical Design with ACCA Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D Reports.
During a 139-square-foot bathroom and closet addition, we redesigned the HVAC mechanical for the adjacent sleeping space that was constantly uncomfortable after a previous addition project. The Mitsubishi 1.0-ton ducted mini-split heat pump system we specified fits the small space with low cooling and heating loads perfectly.
