APARTMENT REMODEL PROJECT — HVAC Mechanical Design with ACCA Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D Reports.

Originally built in 1982, this two-bedroom, 898-square-foot apartment on Tucson’s east side was ready for a renovation! To match the existing system type, we specified an American Standard rooftop straight-cooling condensing unit with a First Company ceiling-mounted indoor fan coil.
