FIRE DAMAGE REPAIR PROJECT — HVAC Mechanical Design with ACCA Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D Reports.

Originally built in 1971, this four-bedroom, 1,776-square-foot residence on Tucson’s east side was restored after suffering fire damage. The existing split system was removed, and we specified a new American Standard rooftop packaged gas/electric unit with all new mechanical.
